ARE YOUR products FREE FROM animal-derived ingredients?

We do not use any materials derived from animals in the manufacture of our paints and glues marketed under the Scola Brand. No Scola branded products are tested on animals.

ARE YOUR PAINTS NON-TOXIC?

Yes, our paints are non-toxic. Please refer to the product's Safety Data Sheet for more information. You can download the SDS here.

What does the choking hazard icon on the label mean?

The choking hazard on the label is due to the cap on the bottle being a choking hazard so if the paint is poured out into a container before use then the paint is fine for all ages. The 0-3 icon on the label is to identify the cap on the bottle as being a choking hazard. If the paint is poured out into a container before use then the paint is suitable for ages 1+.

Is your air-drying clay suitable for use in a kiln?

No, Air Drying Clay is not suitable to put in the Kiln and would cause it to burn.

CAN I BUY DIRECTLY FROM YOU?

We sell directly to education organisations and distribute to the educational market through Local Authorities and Independent school suppliers. We also sell directly to the trade and retail sector.
